Italian Feast OLMC 09 celebration East Harlem NY 0001
New York celebrates the Feast of Our Lady of Mt Carmel. Celebrations took place at the shrine of OLMC located in East Harlem 115th street. The most important events took place on the Feast’s vigil on 15th of July, with the evening Mass and Procession and on 16th July with the morning Mass and Procession with crowds of participants. On the day of Feast, although the weather was scorching hot and procession lasted around two hours all participants marched together with great joy.
